South End is one of the trendiest places to be, with a growing tech scene for employment, creative use spaces, a booming food and craft cocktail scene and no shortage of things to do. Southend boasts a variety of breweries, dog-friendly spots, excellent walkability, and a prime spot to “work, live, and play”.
South End is unique in its repurposing of old textile and industrial buildings. We saw small businesses move in and bring the vibrant lifestyle we know and love to the South End area as it grew.
South End bumps up to Dilworth which is known for its historic homes, newer arts and crafts style homes with larger properties and green parks. Single, younger crowds, trendy techies, and lively empty nesters enjoy the area because it’s easy to get around and have a social life, with plenty to do.
